摘要
简述了国内外K55钢级套管的研究情况。根据宝山钢铁股份有限公司HFW生产线的特点,指出通过对焊管进行整管热处理可以获得目标力学性能,同时解决因成型技术导致的材料加工硬化的难题。研究参考了相变诱发塑性(TRIP)钢种设计的思路,结合油田用户的需求,采用两相区淬火后高温回火的整管热处理工艺,实现了K55钢级套管的工业化生产。
Briefed in the paper are the current production situations of the K55 casing both at home and abroad. Based on the shaping characteristics of the Baosteel HFW production line, it is pointed out that with the process of heat-treatment over the entire length of the welded pipe, relevant mechanical property targets can be met, while the chronic technical problem of material work hardening during the shaping process as employed is tackled. With considerations of the design conception of TRIP (transformation induced plasticity) steel and the requirements of OCTG end-users, massive production of the K55 HFW casing is realized at Baosteel by using the heat treatment process of whole-length inter-critical quenching and elevated-temperature tempering.
