摘要 生产螺旋焊管用热轧钢带采用铣边机铣削板边可以获得满意的精加工效果,而铣边机刀块的选择极为重要。通过对铣边机铣削工艺、切削力、切削热的分析,找出了影响刀块使用寿命的原因。确定合理的铣削速度、进给量等铣削工艺参数,选择合适的硬质合金刀块,可以延长铣刀盘的使用寿命,减少生产线的停车次数。 Satisfactory finishing quality could be produced with the edge milling machine to trim hot-rolled strip steel for manufacturing spiral welded pipe. Therefore selection of the cutter of the edge milling machine plays a very important role. Based on the analysis relating to the milling process, the cutting force and the cutting heat of the machine, the elements responsible for the service life of the cutter are identified. Accordingly, such a conclusion is made that appropriate determination of the milling technological parameters like milling speed and feeding rate, etc., and proper selection of carbide cutter (tip) shall contribute to a longer service span of the cutter chuck and reduction of shutdown frequency of the operation line.
