摘要
[目的]了解唐山地区引种的7种宿根花卉的抗旱性。[方法]以唐山地区引种的7种宿根花卉为材料,干旱胁迫0、3、6、9、12、15d,观察植株的形态变化,测定电导率、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量。[结果]在干旱胁迫下,7种宿根花卉发生萎蔫的时间不同,萎蔫情况也不同。随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,7种宿根花卉的电导率均呈上升趋势,但上升速度不同。在干旱胁迫下,7种植物体内的SOD活性都呈先升后降趋势,可溶性蛋白质含量在干旱胁迫初期上升,后期下降。[结论]费菜、‘红花’景天、常夏石竹、‘金娃娃’萱草的抗旱能力强,‘罗米莱紫’穗花婆婆纳、‘柯罗粉’美国薄荷的抗旱能力中等,‘革质’亮金光菊的抗旱能力弱。
[Objective]The study was to understand the drought resistance of 7 perennial root flower plants.[Method] With 7 perennial root flower plants introduced in Tangshan area as material,under drought stress 0,3,6,9,12,15 d respectively,the morphologic change of plant was observed and the conductivity,SOD activity and content of soluble protein were determined.[Result] Wilting times of 7 perennial root flower plants were different under drought stress and their wilting state was also different.With the prolonging of drought stress time,the conductivity of 7 perennial root flower plants had a rising tendency with different speed.Under drought stress,the SOD activity of 7 perennial root flower plants had a trend of rising first and then decreasing and their content of soluble protein was also risen in early stage of drought stress and decreased in later stage.[Conclusion] The drought resistance of Sedum kamtschaticum Fisch,Sedum spectable ‘Brilliant’,Dianthus plumarius,Hemerocallis were strong,that of Veronica spicata ‘Romiley Purple' were medium and that of Solidago ‘Golden Dwarf 'was weak.
