摘要
[目的]研究不同的植物生长素和细胞分裂素配比对大蒜愈伤组织的诱导和继代培养的影响。[方法]以韭菜种子胚根和鳞茎尖为外植体,在附加不同激素的培养基上诱导愈伤组织并继代培养。[结果]MS+2,4-D2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L适宜胚根诱导愈伤组织,而MS+2,4-D2.0mg/L+NAA2.0mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L适合茎尖诱导愈伤组织,而MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+NAA2.0mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L适合愈伤组织的继代培养。[结论]生长素和细胞分裂素合理搭配有利于大蒜愈伤组织的诱导和继代培养。
[Objective] To study the impact of the different auxin and cytomin on inducing and subculturing garlic callus.[Methods]The radicel and tip of bulb of garlic used as explant are cultivated on culture medium with different auxin.[Resust]MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L is suiteable for inducing callus from radicel and MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/Lis suitiable for inducing ,while MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/Lis suitable for subculturing garlic callus.[Conclusions]Suitable auxin and cytomin are useful to inducing and subculturing garlic callus quickly .
