摘要
[目的]研究青翅蚁形隐翅虫毒素的杀虫机制,为研制开发该杀虫剂提供理论依据。[方法]采用青翅蚁形隐翅虫毒素粗提物饲喂和点滴菜青虫,测定和分析了虫体组织中肠酯酶、谷-丙转氨酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和乙酰胆碱的变化情况。[结果]饲喂夹毒叶片的3龄菜青虫在48h后中肠酯酶含量下降明显,酶活性略受抑制。经毒素点滴处理的3龄菜青虫谷-丙转氨酶含量24、48h后均降低,24、48h后酶比活力均呈现增强趋势;经毒素粗提物处理的菜青虫24、48h后乙酰胆碱酯酶含量变化不大,但均有明显的降低,酶比活力增强。毒素粗提物对乙酰胆碱有抑制作用。[结论]青翅蚁形隐翅虫毒素粗提物对菜青虫幼虫具有较好的抑制作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the insecticide mechanism of toxic extraction from Paederus fuscipes and provided the theoretical basis for developing the insecticide.[Method] The activities of the three enzymes in Pieris rapae larva,esterase in midgut,alanine aminotransferase (ALAT),acetylcholinesterase (AChE),acetylcholine (Ach),were detected and analyzed by rearing and dripping the toxic extraction from P.fuscipes to P.rapae.[Result]The content of esterase in midgut of the third-instar P.rapae larva reared with toxic leaves was decreased significantly after 48 h,and the content of ALAT in the third instar P.rapae larva treated with dripping method and the content of AChE in the third instar P.rapae larva treated with toxic extraction from P.fuscipes were decreased significantly after 24 h and 48 h.The activity of esterase in midgut was slightly inhibited after 48 h,and the activities of ALAT and AChE were increased after 24 h and 48 h.The toxic extraction had inhibitory effect on Ach.[Conclusion] The toxic extraction from P.fuscipes had better inhibitory effect on the larva of P.rapae.
