摘要
从西部少数民族牧区公共产品的现状入手,分析了其存在的问题,提出了以政府为主导的对西部少数民族牧区公共产品的投资建议。
In China the public product investment has born an obvious tendency that ＂The eastern area was emphasized and the western area was neglected＂;thus,the gap between the east and the west pare has been broadened.Compared with eastern area,the public products in the western poultry area seemed to be fairly scarce,which greatly affected the economic development and social harmony of the western minority area.With the implementation of the ＂Great Development Strategy in Western＂,it became an outstanding and essential problem to increase the public-products investment in the western minority poultry area.The western minority poverty area accounted for eighty percent of our national minorities and was near to the politically sensitive area of Asia.Therefore,considering the necessity to construct harmonious society and frontier regions,governments at all levels should adopt new mode of thought and view sight to strengthen public products investment to the western minority poverty area.
