摘要
螺旋曲面的加工和成形技术是单螺杆式石油水力机械中的一个重要研究课题。应用向量和矩阵理论,对工件螺旋曲面与刀具回转面的接触线上点的几何位置关系进行了分析,建立了公共点方程和正交方程,从而得到了一套简捷的设计圆柱螺旋曲面盘形铣刀廓形的新方法,并为其编制了专用的CAD软件包。
Machining and forming technique of spiral curved surfaces is one for important tasks of developing of single screw hydraulic machines Using vector and matrix theory, a geometric relationship of contact points, located at the contiguous curve between the workpiece spiral curved surface and milling tool rotary camber, is analyzed in detail A common point equation and a perpendicular equation are established A new method derived is useful to designing the disk shaped milling tool outlines in forming spiral curved surfaces And a special CAD software package is developed
