摘要
对多电离深部有机酸的原理及特性的分析与研究,进行了大量的室内实验,结果表明多电离深部有机酸具有优良的缓速及低伤害特性,能够用于解除地层深部伤害,增加有效酸处理半径。并通过岩心流动模拟实验对比了多电离深部有机酸与常规13.5∶1.5土酸的优势。应用酸前进行井筒预处理、延长关井反应时间、使酸液体系的缓速性能充分作用于深部地层等配套的施工工艺,达到深部酸化的目的,提高了酸液的缓速及抑制二次沉淀功能,加大了酸液有效处理半径。在大庆油田进行了3口井的现场应用,效果良好:中1-丙37井有效期达12个月,累计增注12320m^3;北1-丁4-P13井有效期达8个月,累计增油532.3t;杏2-1-632井酸化后日注入量达到26.97m^3/d。
This paper analyzes and studies the principal and property of deeply acidizing technology with multi-ionization and organic acid.Many experiments are done in lab.The results show that the technology has the property of good retarded acidizing and low formation formation acid are wellbore make the damage damage ,which can be used to remove the deep and increase the effective treatment radius.The merit and demerit of multi-ionization organic compared with the conventional mud acid of 13.5:1.5 through core simulation and experiment.The pretreatment technology before acidizing can be used to prolong the shutdown response time and retarding property of acid-liquid system act on the deep formation so that the objective of deeply acidizing can be obtained and the retarding property of acid-liquid system and the restraining capacity of secondary subsidence can be improved.The effective treatment radius is enlarged.The field application of three wells in Daqing oilfield shows that the period of validity for Well Zhongl- Bing 37 reaches to 12 months and the cumulative injection rate increases 12320m^3.The period of validity for Well Beil-Ding4-P13 reaches to 8 months and the cumulative oil rate increases 532.3t.The daily injection rate of Well Xing 2-1-632 after acidizing reaches to 26.97m^3.
