摘要 以某石化公司炼油厂1.2Mt/a延迟焦化装置为例,从延迟焦化系统和吸收脱硫系统两方面,对装置能耗结构进行了分析。分析表明燃料、电是主要的消耗能源,使用先进的工艺和设备技术是节能的关键,装置的设计处理能力是影响能耗的先决因素。若要进一步降低能耗以应对原料性质变化、节约电能,则优化换热流程、进行装置热联合是提高装置热回收率的途径之一;进一步强化对流换热,降低加热炉排烟温度、减少热损失、减少燃料消耗是进一步降低装置能耗的关键。 This paper takes a 1.2Mt/a delayed coking unit in the refinery of a petrochemical company as the example to analyze the energy consumption structure of a unit from delayed coking and sulfur-absorption for desulfuration systems .The results show that fuel and electricity are the main energy consumed ,the use of advanced technology and equipment is the key to energy conservation ,and the design capacity of unit is a prerequisite factor for energy consumption.In order to further lower the energy consumption to address changes in feedstock property and save electrical energy, the optimization of heat exchanger networks and the heat integration of units is one of the ways to improve the heat recovery of unit.Further enhancing the convection heat transfer,decreasing the temperature of flue gas ,reducing heat losses and fuel consumption is the key to further reducing the energy consumption of unit.
