摘要
用气相色谱仪和傅立叶红外光谱法检测和分析ZS195柴油机燃用DME排气中的甲醛、甲酸甲酯、甲酸等非常规排放物。试验结果分析表明,甲醛是非常规排放物中的主要成分;甲醛、甲酸甲酯、甲酸的排放量随转速上升而略有上升,随负荷增加而不同程度地减少;此外,适当减小供油提前角,减小喷孔直径都有利于减少甲醛和甲酸甲酯、甲酸的排放量,而增加启喷压力则导致甲醛、甲酸甲酯、甲酸的排放量显著增加。
Unregulated pollutants of HCHO, HCOOCH3 ,HCOOH from a ZS195 diesel engine fueled with DME were measured by gas chromatography and FTIR. The analysis of experiment effects shows that HCHO are the majority of unregulated pollutants. The emissions of HCHO, HCOOCH3, HCOOH slightly increase as the rotate speed is increased,and decrease to some diferent extent as the load is increased. Moreover; appropriately reducing the advance angle of fuel injection, and decreasing the diameter of injection nozzle are helpful to reduce the emissions of HCHO, HCOOCH3, HCOOH, while the emissions of HCHO, HCOOCH3and HCOOH are greatly increased after increasing the injection pressure.
