目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、β-连环素(β-catenin)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测VEGF,β-catenin和uPA在49例子宫内膜癌和13例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果:VEGF,β-catenin和uPA在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率分别为69.4%,61.2%和77.6%。VEGF的表达在子宫内膜癌不同的子宫肌层的浸润深度之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.004),β-catenin的表达在子宫内膜癌不同组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.036,P=0.016);uPA表达在不同组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度间差异有统计学意义(P=0.044,P=0.038)。三者在子宫内膜癌中的表达具有相关性。结论:VEGF,β-catenin及uPA与子宫内膜癌的发展侵袭相关。三者的异常表达共同作用促进子宫内膜癌的发展和侵袭。
Objective: This study was designed to analyze the expression and clinical significance of VEGF, β-catenin and uPA in endometrial cancer tissue samples. Methods: We selected tissues from 49 cases of of endometrial cancer and from 13 normal endometrial samples, and evaluated the expression of VEGF, β-catenin and uPA by immunohistochemistry. Results: Positive staining for VEGF was present in 69.4% of endometrial cancer tissues samples, while 61.2% of the samples were positive for β-catenin, and 77.6% stained positively for uPA. There was a statistically significant difference in the level of myometrial infiltration that correlated with the expression of VEGF in endometrial cancer tissue samples (P =0.004). The expression of β-catenin also correlated with the histological grade and myometrial infiltration (P =0.036, P =0.016), while uPA was statistically significant difference in the different histological grade and myometrial infiltration (P =0.044,P =0.038). Conclusions: The expression of VEGF, β-catenin and uPA in tumor tissue has a significant correlation with the level of invasion of endometrial cancer. The expression of VEGF, β-catenin and uPA apparently plays an essential role in the development and invasion of carcinoma of the endometrium.
