摘要
探讨了回转机械油膜失稳的特征，提出了在线提取自由衰减响应的一种信号处理方法，用获取的对数衰减率作为油膜稳定性裕度和趋势分析的特征参数，现场实例表明提出的油膜稳定性在线监测方法的有效性。
The feature of oil whirl stability in rotating machinery was seudied. A mechod for extracting freely decaying response from on-line vibration measurement of the machinery is presented,and it is suggsted that the logarithmic decrement obtained from the decaying response can be used as the feature parameter to monitor the margin and trend of the stability.A practical example shows that the method is effective.
