硒是人体必需的微量元素。综述了硒在清除体内自由基、刺激免疫反应以及拮抗重金属等方面的生物学功能,阐述了富硒产品的研究进展。
Selenium is an essential trace element for human body. The biological functions of the essential trace element Se in human body such as scavenging the free radicals in human body, stimulating the immune response and playing the antagonism to heavy metals were summarized. The research progresses on the Se-enriched products were expounded.
