摘要
溶胶-凝胶法制备的硅酸钙粉体经成型,在1300℃下常压烧结,制备出高纯度的硅酸钙陶瓷,并且对其在体外的生物活性和细胞毒性及细胞生长进行了研究。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,在1300℃下烧结制得的硅酸钙陶瓷主晶相为β型硅酸钙(β-CS),在模拟体液中浸泡14d后,其表面可见类骨羟基磷灰石生成,28d后生成大量羟基磷灰石,证明其可诱导类骨羟基磷灰石生成。经细胞实验可知,硅酸钙无细胞毒性且具有良好的生物活性,具有促进成骨细胞生长的作用。
The high- purity calcium silicate ceramic was sintered at 1300℃ under the atmospheric pressure with the calcium silicate powder synthesized by the sol- gel method. The calcium silicate ceramic was characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the bioactivity, cytotoxicity and cell adhension were also studied. The restdts showed that the sample was mainly constituted by the β- calcium silicate(β- CS). The bone - like HAp was formed on the surface of the calcium silicate ceramic after 14 d soaking in simtdated body fluid (SBF), and more bone - like HAp formed after 28 d soaking. The restdt of cell experiment indicates that the calcium silicate possesses good bioactivity and can promote the osteoblast growth.
