摘要
材料的高温蠕变失效与载荷及加载时间有关,但采用已知断裂理论对材料的蠕变断裂进行判定不能考虑时间因素。采用316L的CT试样进行蠕变试验,利用与加载时间相关的FAD(TimeDependent Failure Assessment Diagram,TDFAD)评定方法,可以对结构中的缺陷进行评估,并给出其在不同加载时间区间内的失效预测。
As large components in manufacturing processes work in high temperature, there is cycle thermal stress. High temperature structure's creep failure is sensitive to time. Approach is used in remaining life estimations, Time Dependent Failure Assessment Diagram (TDFAD), which is based on certain supposing and rupture theory. So the failure assessment in certain time span can be given.
