非淹没自由旋转射流流场数值模拟

摘要 对非淹没旋转射流外流流场的模拟结果显示,非淹没自由旋转射流流场中速度衰减比较慢,旋转射流由于有切向速度导致射流受到离心力的作用而发散使得打击面积比较大,且具有切向打击作用;而旋转射流卷吸作用强更加有利于空气的混合,使射流中产生空泡。当打在物体表面时,则会产生类似空化射流的效果,这些显著特点使得非淹没自由旋转射流的清洗效率高于其他形式的射流。 The simulation result of non-submerged rotary jet flow field discovered that velocity attenuation of non-submerged rotary free-rotating jet flow is slower. Thanks to centrifugal force by tangential velocity, the rotating jet flow can exhale on bigger area with tangential blowing; while strong engulfing function of rotary jet flow is beneficial to intermingling air into water and vacuole to be produced. When the water intermingled with air shoot on the surface of object, an effect of cavitations appears which has better efficiency of free-rotating jet flow than other jets to clean.
