摘要
目的观察大鼠SAP动物模型及乌司他丁干预时T淋巴细胞免疫功能变化。方法建立SD大鼠SAP组、假手术组(F组,对照组)、药物治疗组模型,检测血T淋巴细胞百分比率及乌司他丁干预时CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比率、CD4+/CD8+比值含量的变化。结果SAP时CD4+百分比率、CD4+/CD8+比值、CD3+百分比率、CD8+百分比率均明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);乌司他丁治疗组(W2h、W6h)CD4+百分比率、CD4+/CD8+比值均分别明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);乌司他丁治疗组(W6h)CD3+百分比率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论SAP时血液T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比率、CD4+/CD8+比值不同程度明显降低;乌司他丁可明显提高SAP时T淋巴细胞免疫功能。
[Objective] To observe the change of T lymphocyte immune function and the experiment study on the intervention of Ulinastatin in severe acute pancreafitis (SAP) rats in early stage. [Methods] Establish SD rats model of SAP group,false operation group and Ulinastatin group. The ratio of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ in T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ was examined with FCM. [Results] Compared with same time control groups (17 group), the CD4^+ percentage, the CD3^+ percentage, the CD8^+ percentage, CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio in SAP time groups were signlfieandy lower (P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Compared with SAP group (treatment control group), the CD4^+ percentage, the CD3^+ percentage, CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio of Ulinastafin treat group were significantly higher, respectively (P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The detection of blood T lymphocyte CD3^+, CD4^+ percentage, CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio may become objective items to judge specific immunity funetion status and course development and moniter prognosis.The early intervention of Ulinastatin has obviously T lymphocyte protection and can rise T lymphocyte immunity function in SAP.
