冠心病(心绞痛)辨证分型与血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨ACE I/D基因多态性与冠心病(心绞痛)辨证分型的关系。方法将115例冠心病心绞痛患者分为气阴两虚、阴虚阳亢、痰瘀交阻3组,检测其ACE基因型(II、DD、ID),并与47例正常对照组作对照。结果4组基因型(II、DD、ID)差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与痰瘀交阻组比较,气阴两虚组与阴虚阳亢组的II基因型频率、I等位基因频率均明显较高(P<0.05),DD基因型频率、D等位基因频率则无明显差异(P>0.05);与阴虚阳亢组比较,气阴两虚组II基因型频率、I等位基因频率、DD基因型频率、D等位基因频率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论ACE I/D基因多态性可能与冠心病(心绞痛)发病相关,且其中II基因型可能与阴虚型相关。 Objective To study the relationship between angiotensin-converting enzyme gene polymorphism and Chinese medical syndromes of stable coronary angina pectoris. Methods 115 cases of stable coronary angina pectoris were divided into three groups on syndrome differentiation: qi-yin deficiency group, yin-astbenia yang-hyperactivity group, and phlegm-blood stasis group. Forty-seven cases of healthy adult were enrolled as normal group. Angiotensin-converting enzyme genotypes (II, DD, ID) of these people were measured with polymerase chain reaction. Results The frequencies of angiotensin--converting enzyme genotypes(II, DD, ID) between the stable angina pectoris patients and healthy adults were of significant differences (P〈0.05). The frequencies of II genotype were remarkably higher in qi-yin deficiency group and yin-asthenia yang-hyperactivity group than in phlegm-blood stasis group (P〈0.05), but there was no remarkable difference between them, and of another two genotypes (DD, ID) among them. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between angiotensin- converting enzyme gene polymorphism (I/D) and the occurrence of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. And II genotype may be correlated with yin asthenia in traditional Chinese medicine.
