摘要
目的观察"平目汤2号"治疗阳气亏虚、痰瘀阻滞证非活动期Graves病浸润性突眼的临床疗效。方法采用双盲双模拟、随机对照的研究方法,将65例患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(31例),治疗组予"平目汤2号"和强的松模拟药口服,对照组予强的松和"平目汤2号"模拟药口服,两组疗程均为12周。观察两组突眼度、中医证候积分等变化。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组突眼度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论"平目汤2号"对非活动期Graves病浸润性突眼属阳气亏虚、痰瘀阻滞证患者有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Pingmu Decocion-Ⅱ ＂ on infiltrative exophthalmos in non-active Graves＇ disease. Methods Sixty-five subjects were randomly divided into treatment group （n=34） and control group （n=31）in a double-blind, doubledummy, randomized-controlled trial. The treatment group received ＂Pingmu Decoction-Ⅱ ＂ and prednisone-placebo, and the patients in control group were treated with prednisone and ＂Pingmu Decocion Ⅱ ＂-placebo, with a course of twelve weeks. Exophthalmos degrees and scores of TCM syndromes were observed. Results The score of TCM syndromes in treatment group was lower than control group after administration （P〈0.01）. The clinical efficacy in treatment group was superior to control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ＂Pingmu Decocion- Ⅱ＂ is quite effective for infiltrative exophthalmos in non-active Graves＇ disease with yang-deficiency and phlegm-blood stagnation syndrome.
