摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为共聚单体,与丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)通过自由基胶束共聚法制得氟碳改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺FPAD。研究了共聚物组成对FPAD溶液性能的影响,以及FPAD对造纸白水的絮凝效果。实验表明,FPAD水溶液中存在强烈的分子间缔合作用;当DFMA含量1.0 mol%、DMC含量15 mol%、引发剂用量0.03 mol%、表面活性剂与疏水单体的摩尔比值(SMR)20时,FPAD的特性黏数为677 mL/g,表观黏度达到18.0 mP.s以上;当添加量20mg/L、pH值6.0时,透光率可达99%。
Fluorocarbon-modified cationic polyacrylamide (FPAD) was prepared by free mieellar copolymerization of acrylamide (AM), methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (DFMA), initiated by redox initiation. The effect factors on the FPAD aqueous solution and application of FPAD as flocculant on papermaking white water treatment were discussed. The results show that there are strongly intermolecular hydrophobically associating interactions in the copolymer aqueous solution. When DFMA content, DMC content, initiator content, SMR value and FPAD molar fraction in aqueous solution is 1.0 %, 10 %, 0.03 %, 20 and 1.5 g/L, respectively, the intrinsic viscosity reaches about 677 mL/g and the apparent viscosity is more than 18.0 mP-s. The transmittance of the treated wastewater is as high as 99% when the dosage of FPAD is 20 mg/L and the pH value is 6.0.
