注水用黏土稳定剂的筛选与评价 被引量:10

摘要 大庆油田萨零组油层渗透率特低,水敏性强,试验区3口注水井注入15g/L黏土稳定剂时出现困难,需对黏土稳定剂进行再筛选再评价。实验黏土稳定剂为5种商品有机聚季铵盐,用矿化度4.534g/L、pH=7.9的模拟地层水配液,先用优选浓度30g/L的聚季铵盐溶液处理钙蒙脱石,再分别进行不同组合的水蒸汽、二乙醇蒸汽、水洗后处理,用X射线衍射法测定钙蒙脱石干态晶层间距d(001),结果表明经聚季铵盐DNT-014处理后的钙蒙脱石,在后处理中d(001)变化最小,DNT-014作为黏土稳定剂,耐水、耐水蒸汽冲刷、抗有机物取代的能力最强。DNT-014主链链节及两个侧基中各含一个季铵盐基团,相对分子质量18630。在储层岩心流动实验中求得,30g/L黏土稳定刺溶液的注入量应为5~10PV,超过此注入量后岩心渗透率基本上不再下降;注入10PV黏土稳定剂后再注入模拟地层水时,岩心渗透率仅有小幅度下降;在5种聚季铵盐中DNT-014的防膨性能最好。2005年12月开始在31:1注水井连续注入30g/L的DNT-014溶液,结果使注水压力平均降低1.01MPa,注水强度上升30.59%,视吸水指数上升36.99%。图3表5参7。 The oil resrvoirs of Saertu-0 Formation at Daqing are characterized by very low permeability and strong water sensibility. Troubles were encountered with 3 injection wells in a pilot production area in the course of injecting a clay stabilizer (CS) in 15 g/L solution. The CS was to be chce, en once again and reevaluated. 5 commercial organic polymeric quartemary ammonium salts are taken as CSs and their solutions are prepared in an artificial formation water of TSD = 4. 534 g/L and pH = 7.9. The stabilization of CamontmoriUonite (Ca-M) samples is conducted by CS solutions of optimized concentration 30 g/L and their post treatments-by steam, ethylenediol vapor, and water rinsing successively in various combination; the interplanar spacing d(001) of stabilized and post treated Ca-M samples in dry state is measured by X-ray diffraction and the least changes in d(001) value in post treatments are observed for Ca-M samples stabilized by DNT-014, which is highly resistant to water and steam erosion and to replacement by organic compounds. Chemically, DNT-014 has quartemary ammonium functionalities both in chain units and in two side groups of every unit and its molar mass is of 18630. It is determined in reservoir core flow experiments that the proper volume of 30 g/L CS solution to be injected is of 5-10 PV; the excess volume injected does not further reduce the core permeability practically; injecting the artificial formation water into the cores after 10 PV of CS solution having been injected results in very slight decrease in core permeability; DNT-014 appears to be the best CS of 5 polymeric quarternary ammonium salts tested. Continuously injecting 30 g/L DNT-014 solution at the 3 injection wells started Dec 2005 has resulted in a decrease in injecting pressure of 1.01 MPa in average, an increase in water intake per unit thickness of 30.59% and in apparent injectivity index of 36.99 %.
