Preparation and characterization of Fe-Ni alloyed nanoparticles

摘要 Fe-Ni alloyed nanoparticles were prepared by reducing their salt with NaBH4.Structures,particle features,oxidation behaviors and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by XRD,DSC,SEM and VSM.The results show that when heated at 500℃ under N2,the sample is converted from armphous alloy to crystal state.The nanoparticles are spherical and chainlike.The average particle size is 30nm.The samples are stable in air at room temperature.The saturation magnetization and coercives force is 89.6emu·g-1 and zero,respectively.The samples exhibited superaramagnetization at room temperature.
