摘要
目的探讨心率对双源CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响。方法对64例有冠心病史或临床疑诊为冠心病的患者进行双源CT冠脉造影,对造影时心率进行监测,将心率以75次/min为界分为低心率及高心率组,分别对两组冠脉图像质量评价进行分级评估,并采用person相关检验对心率与图像质量的相关性进行研究。结果低心率组冠脉总体及右支(RCA)、左主干(LM)、前降支(LAD)和回旋支(LCX)图像质量评价分值分别为(1.42±0.72)、(1.22±0.52)、(1.33±0.35)、(1.57±0.68)、(1.56±0.74)。而高心率组图像质量评价分值为(1.67±0.54)、(1.68±0.12)、(1.60±0.81)、(1.59±0.24)、(1.73±0.58)。两组分值差异无统计学意义。person相关检验显示心率与图像质量无明显相关性,总体图像质量(r=0.19,P>0.05)与RCA、LM、LAD、LCX图像质量亦无明显相关性(r=0.19,r=0.25,r=0.28,r=0.30,r=0.22,P>0.05)。结论双源CT冠脉成像清晰度不受心率影响,可在高心率情况下进行扫描。
Objective To evaluate effect of heart rate on image quality of coronary artery imaging with Dual-source CT. Methods 64 patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography using DSCT without heart rate control. Two group are divided according to heart rate when scanning, including high heart rate （ 〉 75bpm）and low heart rate group （ ≤75bpm）, Image quality was assessed by independent observers using a 4-point scale from excellent （ 1 ）to non-diagnostic （4）, and person correlation analysis are performed to compare image quality and heart rate, Results Image quality value of coronary artery branch （ LCA, LM, LAD, LCX） and overall in low heart rate group respectively was 1.22±0.52,1.33 ±0.35,1.57 ±0.68,1.56±0.74,1.42 ± 0.72 and Image quality value high heart rate group respectively was, 1.68±0.12, 1.60±0.81,1.59 ±0.24.1.73±0.58.1.67± 0.54, No significant difference in image quality of two groups, In person correlation analysis. There are no significant correlation with mean heart rate and coronary artery image quality for overall and for its branch（ P 〉 0.05 ）, Conclusion Dual source CT offers very robust diagnostic image quaqlity in a wide range of heart rates, Image quality is not influenced by helm rate when coronary angiography with DSCT.
