摘要
采用2005年8月监测资料,对连云港近海浮游动物生态分布特征(种类组成、优势种、生物量和丰度的分布特征)分三区分析。结果表明,全区鉴定浮游动物40种,桡足类17种,浮游幼体9种,浮游虾类6种;全区优势种多为桡足类,其中小拟哲水蚤优势度最高,针刺拟哲水蚤次之;浮游动物生物量和丰度的水平分布呈现堤北区>外港区>内港区>连岛近海区的特点;丰度和生物量存在明显的正相关,生物量和丰度与盐度、叶绿素、pH值呈正相关,与PO4-P呈明显的负相关,丰度与油类也显现负相关。
Based on the data in Aug. 2005, the ecological characteristics of zooplankton in the Lianyungang inshore, such as species composition, main dominants, horizontal distribution of biomass and individuals, were analyzed by the sub-regional sea areas. The results showed that 40 species in total were identified. The zooplankton community was composed of 17 species copepod, 9 species of Planktonic larvae, 6 species of Planktonic shrimps. The main dominants in the investigated sea area were mostly copepod species, with the dominance of Paracalanus parvus being the highest and Paracalanus aculeatus next to it. The horizontal distribution of biomass and individuals of the zooplankton presented the same tendency: northern area of the Dam 〉 outer port 〉 inner port 〉 Liandao island inshore. The individual was the positive correlation to biomass; The individual and biomass were the positive correlation to salinity, pH, Chla, and the negative correlation to PO4-P. The individual was the negative correlation to oil.
