摘要
目的调查骨科护士产生职业压力的主要原因,为缓解骨科护士职业压力,促进心理健康,稳定护士队伍和提高护理质量提供依据。方法采用自设压力源量表,对40名骨科护士进行问卷调查。结果40名骨科护士在工作中都存在一定程度的职业压力,导致一半以上的护士选择辞职或调到相对轻松的岗位上从事护理工作。结论针对骨科护士在工作中存在的职业压力,管理者给予积极的疏导,减少应激源,及时监测护士的紧张度,培养其良好的心理素质,合理排班,加强医护合作和物品规范化管理,与患者建立良好的护患关系,可有效缓解骨科护士职业压力,保持心理健康发展,提高护理质量和护士对工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the main reasons of occupational pressure of nurses in Orthopaedic Department, to release those nurses'occupational pressure, to inprove their psychological health, to stronger nurse team and to enhance nursing quality.Methods Questionnaire between 40 orthopaedic nurses through self-setting chart about reasons of occupational pressure.Results All the 40 nurses have certain occupational pressure in the department of Orthopaedics, that led to over half of those nurses quit their jobs or transferred to other deparments. Conclusion To release the nurses'occupational pressure, the manager regulated in time to get rid of negative reasons, such as , arranging duties properly, strengthening cooperation between doctors and nurses, observing nurses'stress, building good relationship with patients and raising high quality psychologically .That way could help them to release the pressure, keep fit , improve nursing qualification, and make nurses satisfied to their working in orthopaedic department.
