小儿全麻术后气管拔管时机探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨小儿全麻术后拔管的最佳时机,以预防气管插管引起的各种并发症。方法将120例在全麻腹腔镜下行腹股沟斜疝修补术的患儿随机分成观察组(62例)和对照组(58例)。对照组患儿按照常规临床拔管指征拔管;观察组患儿自主呼吸恢复,出现呛咳、吞咽反射后,SpO2>0.95即行拔管;比较两组拔管后SpO2变化和并发症发生率。结果两组患儿SpO2异常率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但对照组患儿烦躁、呕吐、自行拔管发生率显著高于观察组(均P<0.01)。结论全麻术后患儿自主呼吸恢复,出现呛咳、吞咽反射,SpO2在0.95以上即可在严密监测下拔管,可减少术后并发症,促进患儿康复。
