摘要
NCTM从2004年开始实施其“年度焦点”的数学教师专业发展,它具有4个特点:(1)是一种基于课程标准的专业发展;(2)针对特定的教学内容及其教学;(3)充足的时间保证;(4)为教师提供实践机会.这些做法对我国当前数学课程改革背景下数学教师的专业发展具有一定的启发意义.
From 2004, NCTM began its mathematics teachers' professional development as "Focus of Year", and it had four traits: (1) it was a standards-based professional development; (2) it focused on special contents and their teaching and learning; (3) enough time; (4) practices opportunities for teachers. It had some illumination to current mathematics teachers' professional development in our country.
