摘要 苯为确认的人类致癌物,可引起非淋巴细胞性白血病等一系列血液系统的损害,但其血液毒性机制至今仍不十分明确。本文就苯的代谢活化、苯及其代谢物的细胞毒性、遗传毒性及该领域的相关方法学研究进展作一综述。 Benzene is a well-known human carcinogen and can cause acute nonlymphocytic leukemia and a variety of blood disorders, such as preleukemia and aplastic anemia, however the mechanism still remains unclear. This paper will give a general introduction on the latest progress in the metabolism, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity of benzene and its metabolites, and concerned methodological studies in this field.
