摘要
在"科技是第一生产力"的今天,风险投资与高风险、高收益、高科技紧密相连的特点决定了它在世界各国经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用。"科教兴国"战略要求我国建立相应的风险投资机制。近几年,我国的风险投资已初具一定的规模和实力,但是和风险投资发达的国家相比,仍有很大的差距,还有许多问题亟待解决。
The strategy of rejurenating the country through science and education demands establishing relevant venture capital system in our country. In the recent years, the venture capital in our country has have certain scale and strength, but there is also a long distance comparing to the venture capital well-developed country, and have lots of problems to resolve.
