摘要
虚拟凸轮轴零件是凸轮轴虚拟磨削加工的极重要的信息载体。虚拟零件上承载的与加工工艺相关的信息,其准确性与完备性,将直接决定虚拟磨削加工的结果真实性与实用性。通过对凸轮轴零件的几何结构及其与加工相关的各种属性信息的分析,并结合凸轮轴虚拟磨削加工系统数据处理与分析的内在要求,提出了一种凸轮轴零件虚拟磨削加工参数化处理的方法,并根据该方法开发出了实用的凸轮轴虚拟零件参数化定义模块。
The virtual camshaft part is a very important information carrier for virtual grinding of camshaft. The accuracy and completeness of the information carried on the virtual part and correlated with the machining processes will directly determine the validity and practicability of virtual grinding results, By analyzing the geometrical structure of the camshaft part and all the attribute information related with grinding and combined with the inherent requirements for data processing and analysis of virtual grinding system of camshaft part, a method of parameterization of virtual grinding of camshaft part is presented. Based on this method, a practical definition module of parameterization of virtual grinding of camshaft part is developed.
