老年心脑血管病与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:5

摘要 应用彩色多普勒超声检测68例老年心脑血管病(观察组)和56例非心脑血管病(对照组)患者的颈动脉内膜—中层厚度(IMT)、斑块总积分、斑块总面积,以及血尿酸(UA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和总胆固醇(TC)。结果观察组颈动脉IMT、斑块总积分及斑块总面积均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);IMT与血压、斑块总积分及冠脉病变支数呈显著正相关,与UA、TC和hs-CRP呈正相关(P<0.05,<0.01);UA与TC和hs-CRP亦呈正相关(P<0.05)。提示心脑血管病由多种因素引起,应结合患者的颈动脉超声和血液检测,及早治疗动脉硬化和斑块,以减少心脑血管病的发生。
