摘要
胎儿生长发育的各项参数是产科研究的重点:随着超声技术的发展,三维超声开始广泛应用于临床。在胎儿产前检测方面,三维超声体积自动测量技术主要用于建立超声观测胎儿生长的体积参数,了解其与孕龄、出生体重、畸形的相关性。体积参数在头部、胸部、腹部、四肢及胎盘方面均有研究,是较为先进的测量技术。
The parameters of fetal' s growth and development is very important in obstetrics. With the developing of ultrasound, three - dimensional ultrasound has been widely used in clinic. Volume measurement technique with the three - dimensional ultrasound was applied to establish fetal volume parameters for assessing fetal growth and analyzing the correlation of parameters with gestation age, birth weight and malformation. The volume parameters of fetal has been applied on researches of fetal head, chest, abdomen, limbs and placenta,it is an advanced technique in obstetrics study.
