摘要 基质金属蛋白酶-2、-9是降解和重塑细胞外基质最重要的酶系统,在孔源性视网膜脱离、增生性玻璃体视网膜病变、增生性糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜母细胞瘤、年龄相关性黄斑变性等的发生发展中起着重要作用。近年来,MMP/TIMP(metrix-metalloproteinase,MMP/Tissue inhibitors of matrix metellop roteinases,TIMP)系统和视网膜病关系的研究取得了较大的进展,以MMP/TIMP系统为靶向的干预疗法也越来越受重视。 The matrix metalloproteinase-2 and -9 are degradation and remodel of the most important enzyme system in the extracellular matrix, these occurrence and development have already played an important role in the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retimoblastoma, age-related macular degeneration, etc. In recent years, the relation between MMP/TIMP system and retinopathy research had been obtained bigger progress. With MMP/TIMP system for targeting of the intervention therapy also is valued.
