摘要
基于有限元方法,以60 kg/m钢轨、12号固定辙叉、4 m间距无砟轨道交叉渡线为例,建立了无砟桥上无缝交叉渡线纵横向耦合的温度力及位移计算模型.主要研究了桥梁及钢轨的温度变化幅度、桥墩墩顶纵向水平刚度、桥梁形式及支座布置形式等因素对桥上无缝交叉渡线力学特性的影响,并对今后无砟桥上无缝交叉渡线的设计提出了建议.
In this paper, according to 60 kg/m rail, No. 12 fixed frog, and distance of 4.0 m between centres of lines of ballastless track crossover, finite element method (FEM) is used to establish a calcu-lation model, which is a longitudinal and lateral coupling model, including thermal force and displacement. Research is mainly done on the influence factors on jointless scissors crossing on ballastless bridge, such as temperature rangeability of bridge and rails, longitudinal rigidity of ridge pier, bridge form and layout of bridge pier bearings. Finally, suggestions of design of jointless scissors crossing on ballastless bridge have been put forward.
