摘要
目的探讨在强制戒毒人员中开展艾滋病防治同伴教育的可行性及效果。方法2005年4~7月,在某强制戒毒所按监仓整群抽样的方法抽取118人作为干预组,在另外两间强制戒毒所按照同样的方法抽取90人作为对照组。干预组实施艾滋病防治同伴教育,对照组实施艾滋病防治录像视听教育。通过教育前后的问卷调查进行效果评价。结果干预组和对照组在教育前艾滋病防治知识平均分分别为18.43和17.64,两者无统计学差异。教育后,两组知识平均分分别为21.16分和18.84分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);教育前后两组的知识得分均有所提高,但干预组教育前后平均分的差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);干预组艾滋病基本知识、吸毒和高危性行为减少,安全套使用方面的知识水平有了显著提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论在强制戒毒人员中实施艾滋病防治知识同伴教育是可行且十分有效的。
Objective To explore the feasibility and the effect of peer education on AIDS knowledge among withdrawal members after compulsory detoxification. Methods 118 drug users from one institution for compulsory detoxification of Guangzhou were selected as the intervention group by cluster sampling. 90 drug users from another two institutions for compulsory detoxification of Guangzhou were selected as the control group by the same way. Peer education and seeing and hearing education was carried on the intervention group and the control group, respectively. The effect evaluating was performed by comparison results of the questionnaire surveys conducted before and after education. Results There were no difference between the intervention group and the control group before intervention. Their average scores about AIDS knowledge were respectively 18.43 and 17. 64. There were obvious significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) after intervention. Their average scores were respectively 21.16 and 18.84. After intervention the scores of the two groups all increased. The difference of the intervention group was higer than that of the control group before and after intervention (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the control group, the intervention group significantly enhanced the basic AIDS knowledge and condom use and reduced the drug taking and high risk sexual behaviors (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion It is feasible and effective that carrying out peer education on AIDS knowledge among withdrawal members after compulsory detoxification.
