摘要
电梯的绝大部分事故都出在门系统上,而反映门机性能的指标主要有门的运行状态、系统摩擦力和电机电流等。本文提出一种通过检测电机电流的方法分析门机性能,通过试验模拟门机强迫关门装置失效的情况,分析同步电机电流的变化情况,从电流信号中提取出反映门机性能的特征量,为研究电梯门机系统智能维护打下基础。
Most of elevator accidents are caused by the door system and the main factors that influence the performance of elevator door system include operational condition, frictional force and motor current. A new method of analyzing door system performance is put forward in this paper, in which door closing device failure is simulated, the current of permanent magnet synchronous motor is detected and analyzed, and characteristic value that reflects door system performance is taken out of the current, laying a foundation for elevator door system intelligent maintenance.
