摘要
目的:研究一种数字X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)的立位全下肢骨盆脊柱成像技术。方法:应用DR平板探测器(FPD)连续采集X中心线束仰、俯角时的摄影图像,其重叠的部分完全相同;然后再平移X线采集多幅同一站立体位的图像数据,此时的拼接线位于肢-片距离对称的股骨上端,投影一致。结果:经图像软件拼接成一幅全下肢骨盆脊柱的整体影像。结论:长尺寸的影像解决了人体负重骨骼的生物学力线测定。
Objective To investigate the DR imaging technology of whole low extremities and pelvis spine of the erect position. Using PFD, images were collected continuously with the angle of elevation and dip. The overlapping was completely the same. Then X-ray was translated to collect some images of the same position. The splicing line was at the superior extremity of the femora with limb-film distance symmetry. Results All images were spliced into a whole low extremities and pelvis spine image with picture software. Conclusion The long -size image can solve the question of measuring biology force line of weight loading skeleton.
