摘要
介绍了吸引式与切割式超声手术刀的工作原理、仪器设备的组成部分及特点及两种手术刀在外科临床上的应用。说明了超声手术刀具有良好的止血效果,能够精确切割、安全性高、缩短手术时间及对周围组织损伤小的优点,概述了超声手术刀目前存在的技术问题及需要进一步研究和改进的方面。超声手术刀是外科发展的必然趋势和发展方向,具有广泛的应用前景。
Ultrasonic scalpels, including incision type and aspiration type, are introduced from aspects of the principles, key technologies and clinical application. Ultrasonic scalpel has the advantages of less bleeding, exact incision, ,safety, shortened time of operation and less damage to surrounding tissue. Some technology problems of ultrasonic scalpel are also summarized. It is pointed out that ultrasonic scalpel is the tendency and direction of clinical surgery development ,which has extensive application prospects.
