老欧洲的困境:“英国病”的治疗和启示 被引量：1

摘要 本文通过对英国治疗"英国病"的叙述和讨论,认为"英国病"的病因除了一般认为的国有成分过高、福利太高导致的竞争不足外,还是全球化带来的资源跨国界配置导致地域相近的人们的平均产出能力拉平的结果,是英国经济对自身经济资源所能支撑的经济水平的一种回归。因此,我们既要竭力避免竞争不足,也要注意培养自身经济资源。
