摘要
目的:提高梅苏颗粒质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对方中乌梅肉、紫苏叶、薄荷进行定性研究,采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水(11:89)为流动相,C18色谱柱,检测波长为250nm,测定方中葛根素的含量。结果:TLC鉴别分离度好、专属性强;葛根素在0.0660~0.3301μg线性关系良好,r=1,加样回收率为99.36%,RSD=0.64%(n=6)。结论:所建立的质量标准方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制梅苏颗粒的质量。
Objective: To improve the quality standard for Meisu granule. Methods: The TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of fmctus mume, folium perillae, herba menthae in the formula. The content of puerarin was determined by an HPLC method with a C18 column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (11:89), the detection wavelength was 250nm Results: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Puerarin showed a good linear relation ship at a range of 0. 006 0 --0. 3301μg ( r = 1 ) and average recovery was 99.36%, RSD =0. 64% (n = 6) . Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Meisu Granule.
