摘要 合理、科学、高效开发低渗透油田是我国石油天然气工业在今后相当长时期内的一个重要战略目标和任务,寻找适合于渗透能力本来就很弱的低渗透油田的开发技术也迫在眉睫。电场、声场、热场及磁场等物理采油技术不会对油层造成附加的污染及伤害,其中直流电场的电驱动、电渗透、电化学和电加热效应对改善固液界面作用强烈的低渗透油层流体的渗流特性和提高原油采收率具有重要意义,在低渗透油层的开发中具有很好的应用前景,但其具体作用机理仍需要进一步的实验研究。利用纳米聚硅材料的表面效应或其他表面活性剂等化学处理剂改变油层润湿性,可以使低渗透油层达到降压增注或提高原油采收率的目的,从而弥补常规化学驱油技术在低渗透油层中应用的不足,目前室内研究已证实了其效果,然而,其中的大多数技术仍亟待进一步进行矿场评价。 Proper,scientific and efficient development of low permeability reservoirs will be an important strate- gic goal and task in Chinese oil and gas industry for a long time to come.Seeking proper development technology for low permeability reservoirs is extremely urgent.Physical oil recovery techniques such as electrical field,a- coustic field,thermal field and magnetic field have no impairment to oil and gas reservoirs.For direct -current field,the effects of electric drive,electric osmose,electrochemistry and electric heating are important for impro- ving fluid percolation and recovery factor of low permeability reservoirs with strong effect of solid/liquid interface. Physical method is a promising way for developing low permeability reservoirs,but its working mechanism is yet to be studied further.Change reservoir wettability with nanometer polysilicic material or other surfactants can re- duce pressure,increase injection and improve recovery factor for low permeability reservoirs,thus offsetting the deficiency of conventional chemical flood methods.Laboratory study has verified the effectiveness;however, many techniques still need field evaluation.
