摘要
以油滴为研究对象,利用经典力学的基本理论对油滴的运动过程和受力情况进行分析,建立了计算成品油管道小孔泄漏喷射高度的数学模型,利用该模型可直接根据油品喷射高度和角度反算泄漏孔径。实例计算表明模型准确性较高。
A mathematical model is established to calculate the jetting height of little vent leakage on products pipeline based on the oil drop, which uses the basic theory of classical mechanics to analyze motion and force on the oil drop. The model could calculate the hole size with the jetting height and spray angle. The example indicates the model is high precision.
