摘要
针对传统玻璃钻孔机床人工定位精度差、工作效率低等缺点,提出由FX2N型PLC与FX2N-20GM组成定位控制系统,采用伺服系统驱动的控制方案,阐述了软硬件设计与实现方法。该系统实现了玻璃钻孔机高精度自动化加工,改造后的设备可提高工效10倍左右。
It has disadvantages of bad precision and low working efficiency to overcome this, an advanced control strategy is presented based on FX2N- PLC and 20GM combining scrvo driving. The design obtains highs precision and gets to 10 efficient than the conventional system.
