Gasotransmitter hydrogen sulfide and myocardial protection

摘要 硫化氢可以在哺乳动物循环系统内源性产生。硫化氢能减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤,这一保护作用的机制包括:清除自由基、抑制炎症反应、保护线粒体功能、有关信号通路激活、ATP敏感性钾通道开放。 Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), produced endogenously in mammalian cardiovascular system, attenuates ischemia/reperfusion-induced myocardial injury. The protective mechanism involves in free radical scavenging, inflammation inhibition, mitochondria preservation, signal pathway activation and ATP-sensitive potassium channel opening.
