摘要
本文根据完整生命周期内单个产品在不同发展阶段的技术跃迁机会窗口特征,采用机会窗口出现的频次、时间以及密度等为数值因子建立了体现阈值条件的测度模型,并以某国有大型铁路企业为实证分析对象,评价与测度了该企业实现技术跃迁的机会窗口特点。研究表明,企业通过对机会窗口相关因子的估测,有可能识别实现技术跃迁机会窗口及其阈值条件,这将有助于指导企业有意识地控制产品生命周期,为企业适时地改变技术跃迁路径与策略提供依据。
Based on the technical transition opportunity characteristics in different development stages of a single product's whole lifecycle, this paper establishes a measurement model which shows the numerical threshold conditions through analyzing the frequency, time and density factors of the opportunity. With the help of the model, the technical transition opportunity characteristics of a state-owned railway enterprise are evaluated and measured through empirical analysis. Researches show that an enterprise can identify the threshold conditions of the technical transition opportunity through estimating the opportunity-related factors and this will help the enterprise to control the lifecycle of a product and timely change the path and strategy of enterprise technical transition.
