摘要
以氢氧化钡、硝酸铅为原料,己二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸和酒石酸为复合螯合剂,水为溶剂制备铅酸钡前驱液,采用改进的Sol-Gel技术,成功的在PZT基片上制备出0-3型铅酸钡厚膜。SEM电镜照片显示,铅酸钡厚膜均匀一致,无裂痕,晶粒大小为1-2μm。厚膜的方阻值随着浆料中固相质量含量的增加而减小,并且随着厚膜厚度的增加,粉体固相含量的影响逐渐减小,不同固相含量的厚膜方阻逐渐趋于一致。以厚膜为上下电极的PZT具有较好的介电性能。
BaPbO3 thick films ware prepared successfully on PZT substrates by the modified Sol-Gel method using Ba (OH)2.8H2O and Pb (NO3)2·3H2O as raw materials and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid as complex chelating agents. The microstructure of the prepared BaPbO3 thick films was investigated via SEM. The SEM micrographs suggest that the BaPbO3 thick films are of high density and crack-free, and the grain size is 1-2μm. The sheet resistance of thick films decreased with the solid concentration of the additive. The effect of solid concentration disappeared with the increase in thickness resulting in the coincidence of electrical conductivity of films. The PZT with BaPbO3 thick films have a good dielectric characteristic.
