摘要 文章在分析水火成形和激光热应力成形研究工作基础上,选择了钛板作为研究对象,使用自己设计的试验装置对高频感应热应力成形进行了试验研究,得到了感应加热工艺参数、冷却方式和材料性能等因素对板料弯曲变形的影响规律。结果表明:板料弯曲角度随着电流的增大或线圈移动速度的提高而先增后减;采用水冷方式能够比空冷方式获得更大的弯曲角度;板料弯曲角度随着电流频率的提高增大。 Based on the analysis of reasearch on line heating and laser forming, high frequency induction thermal stress forming of plate was studied by experiments and the experimental device was designed by ourself. The influence laws of some factors on the bending angle of plate were gotten, which included the process parameters of induction heating, cooling ways and the material properties and so on. The experimental results show that the bending angle is increased first and then decreased with the increase of current or coil velocity. The bending angle in the case of water cooling is more than that in the case of air cooling. The bending angle is increased all along with increase of current frequency.
