摘要
运用三维软件UG对挂钩件进行三维建模,并转换到DYNAFORM软件中建立其有限元模型。通过数值模拟计算出毛坯外形尺寸,不需要几何数学知识,通过给定搭边值及毛坯布置的角度范围,自动找出材料利用率最高的排样方式,避免了繁琐的人工重复计算,并将计算结果与传统方法相比。结果表明,该方法与传统方法计算结果基本吻合,对复杂件计算精度则更高,是一种有效的新方法。
The three-dimension model for the hanger stamping part was built by the CAD software, UG and it was imported into the DYNAFORM software for building its FEM model. Then the blank size weas estimated without any geometry knowledge by simulating the stamping and automatically the high material-utilization nest was got without any manual complicated calculation by giving the lap and the range of angle. Compared with the traditional methods, the results show that the method is reasonable, especially for the complex Dart.
