摘要
提出了一种新型的超声波/声波钻探器,并对其进行了理论和实验研究。采用有限元法对钻探器的换能器部分和钻杆部分进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。设计并加工了一套钻探器,针对4种不同的材料进行了钻探实验。实验结果表明,3 min能将砖头钻孔深9 mm,孔的直径为6 mm。
A new type of ultrasonic/sonic drilling is studied by theory and experiment in this paper. Finite element method is used to analyze the modal analysis and harmonic response of transducer and drill stem. A suit of device is designed and machined. Drilling experiments have been done for four different materials. The experimental results show that 9 mm deep hole can be drilled in 3 minutes. The diameter of hole is 6 mm.
