摘要
以JDG-800型全自动单晶炉使用的某型电子秤为例,研究分析单晶炉上称重电子秤系统在动态下稳定数据和漂移数据之间的规律,并利用软件方式克服漂移数据,获得稳定的数据。对于精密称重如何去除漂移数据和如何对信号进行数字滤波具有借鉴意义。
Using the electronic balance in a fully automatic crystal furance of JDG-800 model as an example,the basic law between the the stable data and the drift data under a dynamic cirumstance was researched and analysized. A software method was used to eliminate the drift data and obtain the stable data. This method had some references for the precision weighing system to eliminate the drift data and filter the signal digitally.
